Celestial Ore Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Celestial Ore, each crystal and product is carefully chosen, wrapped, and shipped with care and intention. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at kelli@celestialore.com with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll be happy to review your order and make it right if an issue occurred during shipping.
